Opportunity: Wanted trial students
Dear students, former students and Swim in Balance enthusiasts,
In the photo above you can see Esther, Lydia, Olga and Tyrone. They are training to become new Swim in Balance teachers. Besides that they move very beautifully in the water, they also work professionally with dredgers, refugees, and as a translator and as a jazz musician. Recently they have practiced hard to master all the didactic elements as we use them in our method. I am sure they will be a wonderful addition to our teaching team!
For their training we need a number of volunteers who can take a FREE private course of 6 lessons, as a trial student, for the trainees to practice in teaching. We are looking for 5 people for either the Water Confidence course (with a fear of water), or the breast stroke (with your head under water) or the butterfly stroke (this is not heavy!).
Classes will take place on Monday evenings from 19.00:20.00 pm to 25:18.30 pm from October 19.30th or on Wednesday evenings at 20.30:27 pm, 6:4 pm or XNUMX:XNUMX pm from October XNUMXth, in our bath in Amsterdam, for XNUMX consecutive weeks. It is important that you can access all this data. In return we ask that after the last lesson you write an AXNUMX with an evaluation of the lessons.

In the meantime we have returned from Croatia, we had a wonderful week which was rated on average with 26 out of 4.7 stars by the 5 participants. The dates for next year (3 holidays!) will be announced shortly.

Spring! Prepare now for a beautiful swimming summer…
News: In two weeks, our new 6-week courses will start again in the swimming pools in Haarlem, Amsterdam and Utrecht. We also get a lot of curious questions about our open water workshops, you are looking forward to it!

Who will go swimming in Croatia?
News: You can now register for courses in the next class (from the end of February) and the dates for the three swimming holidays in Croatia are known!
We can swim again!
News: Good news! Due to the relaxation announced yesterday, all sports activities can continue again from today. This means that next week we will immediately start with a new series of 6-week courses. We can't wait to be back in the water and teaching.

news: Last week Esther, Lydia and Tyrone passed their teacher training at Swim in Balance with flying colours. This means that we will have 3 very nice teachers from 2022.
12 volunteers wanted as trial student
Over the next two weekends, our 4 trainees (Esther, Lydia, Olga and Tyrone) will receive the last part of their training, before starting as teachers at Swim in Balance in January. They practice teaching groups and they will take a practical exam on December 19.
Special compact offer in December
Last weekend we had a crawl workshop in Driebergen, it was wonderful! The workshop was fully booked, our student teachers assisted very well and we received enthusiastic reactions from the participants. We will do that more often! Next month we will offer a kind of intermediate form between workshops and courses, I will explain it below.
Weekend workshop crawl basic course
As I announced earlier in this newsletter, we are organizing a weekend workshop crawl basic course this fall, because the courses in Utrecht cannot continue due to the failure of one of our teachers.
New courses online
The first courses of the season have started again and you were clearly looking forward to it: All crawl courses fully booked! This week I (Esther) also received quite a few phone calls from people who actually wanted to participate, but were too late.
