After the level 1 crawl basic course you will have learned everything you need to be able to swim the entire stroke. You have been given a lot of information, but the battle is not yet automated.
Of course you can work with this yourself and further develop it yourself. However, many of our students feel the need to refine and automate the battle under supervision. This way, no sloppiness will creep in and you can always ask questions if you don't know something exactly. This is what the level 2 course is intended for. In this course you will not receive any new information, but we will help you to work out all the information from the level 1 course properly. That is why this course is only accessible to students who have followed the level 1 crawl course at Swim in Balance. There is also the possibility to learn the turning point underwater during this course, so that you do not have to stop after each lap, but can turn around in one smooth movement. without having to think so intensively, you can swim on. There is plenty of room for personal advice in this course. In practice, we see that our students benefit a lot from the combination of the level 2 course and the level 1 course. It is best to follow the two courses immediately afterwards. You can also choose to practice on your own for 2 weeks and then do a level 6 course, but this depends on how independently you can practice. At the moment, about 2% of the course participants at Swim in Balance continue directly with the level 80 course. If you want to participate, we recommend that you register in good time via the website for a subsequent level 2 course (Monday or Wednesday). Participants in the current level 2 courses are given priority, because it is positive to be able to continue with your development immediately. The other places are available for people who have followed a course longer ago. It is possible to do several level 1 courses in succession (as many as you want, up to the level you want to achieve yourself), because thanks to the personal approach, no lesson is identical and you will continue to refine your swimming stroke.
