This is the follow-up to the level 2 crawl course. The level 3 course is ideal if you are preparing for a triathlon, for example, or if you need more guidance after the level 2 course to swim longer periods without too much effort. The teacher, Wendy, has run marathons herself and has a lot of experience with endurance sports. Under her guidance, you will swim longer periods while your technique becomes more and more refined.
