Overcoming fear of water

You'll have lessons in a small group, in warm, standing water (1.25 m deep). In our experience, it can be very motivating to take lessons with other adults who share the same challenge. Students often practice together between lessons to overcome their fear of water. This is often even more effective than private lessons. This way, you'll overcome your fear of deep water.
