CRASH COURSE IN SWIMMING? TAKE IT HERE!
Want to learn a good swimming stroke in a fun way? Then the crash course swimming at Swim in Balance® is for you!

Most famous swimming strokes
The two most well-known swimming strokes are the breaststroke and the front crawl. You probably already know the first one, but it can be very useful to learn the front crawl as well. Learning the front crawl offers many advantages for both beginners and experienced swimmers. This swimming style is not only the fastest, but also the most efficient way of swimming, making it extremely suitable for long distances and competitive swimming. With a crash course in swimming, you too can learn to swim a good front crawl.
Cardiovascular Health
One of the most important benefits of front crawl is the improvement of cardiovascular health. The constant movement of the body and the working of different muscle groups effectively trains the heart and lungs. This can contribute to better fitness, increased lung capacity and more efficient oxygen uptake. Additionally, it is a low-impact activity, meaning it places less stress on the joints compared to other forms of exercise, such as running.
Mental benefits
In addition to physical benefits, learning the front crawl also has mental benefits. Swimming can help reduce stress and relax your mind. It also requires concentration and focus, which helps to increase your mental resilience. Another important aspect is improving coordination. The front crawl requires good cooperation between your arms, legs and breathing, which ensures a more efficient swimming technique and less loss of energy. This not only makes swimming faster, but also less tiring in the long run.
