At Swim in Balance, you will not only learn a smooth and efficient swimming technique that you can maintain for a long time, but you will also work on a better posture, less tension and more balance - in and out of the water.

In the spacious target group pool of the De Kwakel swimming pool we offer various 6-week courses, as front crawl (for beginners and advanced), breast stroke, butterfly, back crawl en water confidence. Which course is right for you?

Front crawl: Learn to swim efficiently and without injuries, ideal for people who do not want to strain their back and still want to swim long distances.
Breaststroke: Develop a flowing technique without tension in the neck, mobilizing your entire spine, especially the lower back.
Butterfly stroke: Master a balanced and beautiful stroke that is not hard to swim!
Water confidence: Overcome your fear and feel confident in the water, ideal as a basis for people who have never learned to swim or have suffered a trauma.
